All monthly service packages must be paid for up front by cash, personal check or credit card.  There is a minimum one (1) hour charge and payment for all individual services is due upon completion.  Additional time is rounded to 15 minute increments.  Mileage is included in the price.

All additional charges incurred, such as dry cleaning, groceries or theatre tickets are preferably due prior to service or will be due upon completion of service. Cost of merchandise will be the responsibility of the client.

A major credit card will be held as a security deposit upon request of services.  Credit cards held as a security deposit will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service.

Simply Living Concierge reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
Simply Living Concierge referral program provides one free hour of service.  The free hour will be granted to the referrer after the person referred has completed payment for service.
