We at Simply Living Concierge respect your privacy.  We comply with all applicable privacy laws, including stringent international and U.S. laws.  We will only use or disclose your information for a limited number of business and legal reasons and to support and improve our service to you as described in this privacy statement.  Please note that by submitting personal information to us, you consent to limited uses described in this privacy statement.

Simply Living Concierge also collects information such as survey information.  E-mail addresses are used to notify participants regarding service requests and inquiries they have placed.  Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers will only received telephone contact from us with information regarding service requests they have placed.

When you sign up as a participant or client with Simply Living Concierge, we ask you for the information we need to process your service requests.  That information includes your name, names of family members, work location, billing and shipping address, telephone numbers, credit card number(s) and expiration date(s), and e-mail address.  In addition, service specific information may be asked at the time you place a service request, i.e., name and address of a gift recipient.

Simply Living Concierge considers the information it obtains from participants and clients to be private, and is kept within our secure office file system to protect it from outside parties.  We will not rent or sell your individual name, home or work address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, credit card information, service history, data on purchases through Simply Living Concierge or personal information to any third party without your permission.  We will disclose such information to third parties only in connection with your request for Simply Living Concierge to provide services.  All participants and client files that have been inactive for twelve (12) months are removed and destroyed by shredding from our office filing system and deleted from our database.

Simply Living Concierge reserves the right to use and disclose to others aggregate data about participant usage of Simply Living Concierge’s service without disclosure of any individual information.  If your information practices change at some time in the future, we will notify you of these changes immediately and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.  Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collect by contacting us directly.
