Simply Living Concierge regular business hours are from Monday through Thursday, 7:00a to 6:00p. Friday hours are from 7:00a to 5:00p. Weekend services and after hours may be available by appointment at an additional cost. The office will be closed on all National Holidays.
We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours. We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.
Impromptu services may be provided depending on availability.
We also require a 24 hour notice prior to service cancellation. A fee will be imposed for cancellations less than 24 hours.
Simply Living Concierge reserves the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.
Some of our services are performed by our network of preferred vendors. All of our service providers have been carefully screened to meet our stringent standards.
